The story so far

Hey guys, welcome to the blog. So much happening all so fast. Where to start?? Well a quick run down - I studied Design at Uni, worked, moved to the UK, worked, moved home again and after all the adventures and all these years of working for other people and trying to find my feet (and peace) in the fashion industry I have finally taken the plunge and gone head first into creating my own Fashion Label here in Napier. So far its been a crazy busy but absolutely amazing ride. Granted sometimes it feels like I am just flailing around in the water trying not to let it go over my head but on the flip side there are times where I really feel like I am winning. Over the course of this blog I will try to keep you all up to date with the processes, challenges and chaos that seems to be behind the scenes in the fashion industry. If at any point there is anything extra you want to know feel free to get in touch and I will respond as soon as I can. I am coming to the end of sampling for my first season Spring/Summer 2014 so I below I will hit you with a whirl wind of photos that will give you a brief overview of the process to date.I really want you all to come along on this journey with me so I will post as often as I can!
